Down at orthopaedics today to be fitted and plastered for custom orthotics.

The first set of orthotics were a basic one size fits all kind… these are set to her legs and feet… to hold her feet at 90 degrees. And now we work on stretching out her tendons and muscle at the back of her legs into her bum … not a a easy job! But we need to do this before we can start to have her stand… as her leg need to be fully extended.

Just a small note, the gentleman doing the orthotics for Paytan was the SAME man that fitted my late husband for ALL of his orthotics. And he remembered me…. with a deep sigh and a small smile on his face.
